The Rural Poor Stimulus Fund (RPSF): “Supporting COVID-19 Recovery through Accelerated Private Investment in Agriculture (APIA)” project is executed by Agricultural Development Bank Ltd (ADBL) under the grant support of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The Project is being implemented in Province 2, 3 and 5 with the aim to contribute to the national priorities on agriculture in the context of COVID19- both in terms of expanding production for food security and in driving rural economic recovery by accelerating access to finance through Kishan Card and Kishan Mobile App that has been identified as high priority services to small farmers by GON in its current annual budget and Programme, and to increase agricultural advisory and technical services through expansion of digital agriculture services.
